EmpatheEve
Is a UX project dedicated to promoting emotional safety among women through AI powered tools by creating support and a sense of community. It does this by improving modes of communication that exists between women in girl groups by adding a simple plugin on Whatsapp.

Limitations in the ways we use AI

My research shows…
AI is still a baby and isn’t built with the customer experience that intends to support women. Instead it’s perpetuating existing societal bias and stereotypes. However, AI tools have been incorporated into various industrial sectors propagating this existing social bias into and creating systemic discrimination.

Women can’t find reliable support when their loved ones are inaccessible
